Customers can cancel their orders anytime prior to being shipped out. To request a cancellation, simply contact the customer support team via email or contact page. Once the order has been shipped, it cannor be canceled.

At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges on orders. All sales are final, due to out quality and safety requirements. Once an order leaves our warehouse qw cannot resell any of those products to other customers. Although, if your experience any issues with your product such as damaged goods etc., please reach out to the customer support team and we will quickly get it corrected.

Yes of course! All of our packaging is shipped in unmarked boxes or padded mailers.

We do not ship to Idaho, Oregon and Rhode Island.
